Exceptional

It was amazing. We plan...

Liked: The breakfast was great and we loved our stay. It was also in walking distance from the mall and restaurants
Disliked: We do not have any complaints

Disliked: There were issues with our reservation (booked with a third party) I showed the reservation details to the young lady, she booked us another room however she didn’t pay attention or ask if we needed one queen or double and put us in a single. We had to move rooms again to have that corrected. The front desk staff provided poor customer service. There were times when I went to the front desk for assistance and stood there for 5 mins without being acknowledged. Never once did we receive an apology nor any offer to try to make things better. I Will not be staying here again.

Nice hotel but could have...

Disliked: I paid online in full and when I got there the charged me another $443! This put my money on hold for the weekend and we didn’t get to do what we wanted but my money was on hold!

It was a good weekend...

Liked: I like how the room quality and appearance matched my expectations. The room service was good. The fitness center was very nice and a fun little area. The area the hotel is in is a good place to be and not have to worry about anything crazy happening.
Disliked: The only thing I didn’t like was that the last night I was there me and my fiancé found a bed bug in the sheets. After getting bitten multiple times. I feel like that is crazy after all the other good things about the room.
