Disliked: Some reception staff not welcoming, other staff were nice. Bar staff and porter were very nice. Had to ask 4 times to have the extra bed made up. Calling reception many times and ended up going down to speak to someone. Room was lacking and needed a good clean and refresh. Bathroom was very small for a suite. Breakfast buffet had a very poor layout and was very crowded. Difficult to get seats for breakfast. Took 30mins to check in.
