Beautiful Brussels!!

Liked: Its location
Disliked: I was charged 150€ on my arrival day due to possible mini fridge expenses I could make , and I was said I would be refunded after my check out in case I had not made any expense, but unfortunately I have not been refunded yet, which is becoming a big concern. On top of that, never was there any drink in the room mini fridge nor even a complimentary bottle of water, which was disappointing, to be honest with you. Could you please help me out to be refunded as soon as possible?

Lovely Hotel, great location, pleasant...

Liked: A lovely hotel, nice staff and clean. It was in a great location being outside the main centre of Brussels so it was a bit quieter but with only a short walk there were plenty of restaurants, bars and other places to eat and visit. A very nice place to stay.
Disliked: Not much really, only small thing was that one of the lifts was not working so the weight to get up and down was a little longer, but this is a very small thing.

Disliked: Bacon wasn't bacon and the variety of hot foot was not there. It was very limited, no fried egg, no mushroom etc
