In general it is a very nice hotel - this was my fiancée's second time staying there and both times she was disappointed by the smell of the bed/sheets.

Great location, easy to get to from the Comcast Center. Great view of the Gillette Stadium and shopping, shopping, shopping :-) My husband and I had the best night sleep at a hotel - you sink into the mattress and pillow. The walk in shower was awesome. Overall, best experience ever - thank you Concerthotels.com.

Unbeatable location, underwhelming accommodations

Liked: Location at Patriot Place is fantastic.
Disliked: Check-in/out desk staff was pretty cold/unpleasant. Room was not cheap for a single night and had no microwave or fridge. Valet parking was mandatory and was an additional charge to the room. Weak A/C performance took some time to cool the room down. Honestly, have had better stays with some budget hotel chains.

Had a great stay.

Liked: Early check in, friendliness of staff, clean room. Dinner at the restaurant was great.
Disliked: The long wait for breakfast, almost an hour we ended up leaving and not doing breakfast because it ended up getting close to our check out time. We tried for 9ish.
