Stress free, friendly, kind staff.

Liked: Check in experience, room, rooftop pool, views, location. Shout out to Alvaro at reception. Great guy, upgraded room and gave us vouchers for drinks at the hotel since he noticed it was my birthday the following day without asking. Thank you brother.Also rooftop pool and restaurant staff were most friendly and kind.
Disliked: Minor - Gym is tiny.

Big and beautiful design hotel

Liked: The rooms are very comfortable and beautiful. Breakfast is very good.Swimming pool area is good.
Disliked: It gets really busy at the check in and check out time, staff doing their best but they are not enough in number. Big lines to check in and the hotel is hot. You have to know it’s a big hotel with a lot of people.
