Beautiful hotel; front desk staff was very efficient when checking in a long line of customers. Room was comfortable and clean. Great location! Easy access to alot of local entertainment, stores, eateries, etc. Great experience for our first stay at this hotel. Would highly recommend.

Con - I requested, reserved and paid for a club room through ConcertHotels, but when I got to the front desk the staff had no knowledge of the premium request (lack of proper communication between ConcertHotels and the Renaissance). The front desk staff was able to accommodate the request however once I showed my itinerary. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally professional and helpful. The location can't be beat. Valet parking as mentioned earlier is expensive, but there are nearby self-parking alternatives which are much less expensive if you don't mind parking your own car.

Disliked: Miscommunication between ConcertHotels and Renaissance.

Ok, but not great.
Liked: Location was great
Disliked: One of the reasons I booked the location was because of the pool, which was a draw for my family. However, we got there only to find out the pool was closed. Instead of letting us know beforehand, it was an unpleasant surprise and i am not sure if I would stay there again as a result. Also, charging guests for WiFi in 2025 is a bad look and experience.
