Great rooms. It's your basic hotel room but on steroids. Everything is done well and small details are thought of. Will stay again!

Liked: Nice rooms and lobby. You can tell they put a lot of work into making this feel like a super classy hotel.
Disliked: They have a parking deck but you have to pay $35 to use it. Street parking is almost non-existent so you have to pay.

The staff (front desk; club lounge; etc.) was most the cordial and professional of any hotel staff I've ever encountered. Fitness Center has everything.

Liked: check in & out was quick.
Disliked: Valet - not 24 and couldn't get our keys to depart in the early morning. traffic was also backed up with vehicles.Elevators - nothing the hotel can fix, but multiple events were occurring which caused long waits for the elevators.

Nice clean room, will definelty...

Liked: Nice clean room. The bed was very comfortable. The receptionist offered and gave to us bottled water. Very friendly attitude and very helpful. They offered a transport to the airport. The transport driver was a really nice guy.
Disliked: Nothing, everything was great!!!!

It was pleasant.

Liked: It was difficult to find parking and I eventually had to park in valet.
