Great rooms. It's your basic hotel room but on steroids. Everything is done well and small details are thought of. Will stay again!

Liked: Nice rooms and lobby. You can tell they put a lot of work into making this feel like a super classy hotel.
Disliked: They have a parking deck but you have to pay $35 to use it. Street parking is almost non-existent so you have to pay.

The staff (front desk; club lounge; etc.) was most the cordial and professional of any hotel staff I've ever encountered. Fitness Center has everything.

Airport hotel is a welcome...

Liked: I was caught in the storm near National airport and needed somewhere to stay the night, having a dawn flight the following morning. The restaurant was absolutely fine and I was able to get some rest (in pleasant surroundings) before my rebooked flight. The airport shuttle bus got me to the airport on time.
Disliked: Can't think of anything.

Stay ok, reception staff could...

Liked: Little cafe in the lobby, good location
Disliked: We booked for 3, the third bed was not done when we checked in, I had to go to the reception 2 times to get the attention and support we needed to get the third bed done - the first time the lady gave me the impression I would be stupid not knowing how to do a bed, but we pay enough money that the third sofa bed could have been prepared and if not, not have the guest ask for it several times to get it done

Not super happy

Liked: We appreciated that the restaurant still seated us around 10 PM, even though closing time was listed as 10. Even better—guests who arrived after us were also welcomed and able to order, which was a pleasant surprise.
Disliked: We had a few unexpected hiccups during our stay. The valet seemed unfamiliar with electric vehicles and ended up changing some of our settings. There wasn’t a luggage cart available, so we had to carry everything upstairs ourselves. The coffee area was a bit dusty, the creamer was expired, and there were only two K-cups—one regular and one decaf. There was also no microwave in the room, and the internet was nearly $13 each time you logged in. For a 4.5-star hotel, we expected these basic amenities to be standard.

Reasonable airport hotel

Liked: Room and location are reasonable.
Disliked: Shuttle service stops at 11pm. I had to catch a cab. As a big airport hotel, they should offer it on request after certain hours. Additionally, there was a line waiting for checkin and two other staff showed up from the back office and, after looking the line, quickly turned back inside, without assisting the guests and the colleague who was alone.
