Renaissance by Marriott Arlington Capital View Hotel

Great rooms. It's your basic hotel room but on steroids. Everything is done well and small details are thought of. Will stay again!

Liked: Nice rooms and lobby. You can tell they put a lot of work into making this feel like a super classy hotel.
Disliked: They have a parking deck but you have to pay $35 to use it. Street parking is almost non-existent so you have to pay.

The staff (front desk; club lounge; etc.) was most the cordial and professional of any hotel staff I've ever encountered. Fitness Center has everything.

Disliked: The explanations from the front desk on how to find the garage to park. Was given the wrong information on where the parking deck was located. New to this area and was lost and confused

Excellent Hotel Situated Nicely

Liked: The room service food was good. The check-in was excellent!!! The view was AWESOME!!!! The staff were extremely helpful and professional. The water pressure was good and there were plenty of towels. The parking valet was very professional and modern.
Disliked: Not much actually. Just two things. I didn't like that there was no trash bag for the really small trashcan. Also, I wished there was a (wet or dry) sauna on-prem.
