Stinky room and subpar customer service.

Liked: The hotel was well decorated and common areas clean. The restaurant staff and food are a highlight.
Disliked: There was food left in the refrigerator in our room which smelled terrible. The bed and pillows were not comfortable. The weather was terrible and parking is on a street that is a very steep and dangerous hill. We slid and were very unsafe. There was a party going on in the next room at midnight and when I called the front desk the staff was rude. She said she would have security go up but it does not seem that they did as the loud music and voices continued for over an hour more.

Liked: They gave the order wrong. I had stayed here in July 2023 as well and they gave the order wrong again. It seems the staff doesnt have the requisite training.
Disliked: They gave me the wrong room again. They took so long for service. The staff was giving contradictory answers. They were not trained. The money was simply not worth it.
