Great location, unbelievably good staff...

Liked: Amazing pool. Staff were outstanding. Just a great place to stay in Aix

Enjoyed our stay at La...

Liked: The Villa is lovely with 4 bedrooms and a spacious living room and an equipped kitchen. The garden and pool are also well taken care of (too cold for the pool when we visited)
Disliked: It was a cold week and we had to use radiators in the living rooms which caused several power outages

Liked: Everything about the hotel was great. The congierge team is exceptional, altough we were being too much they were always patient with us and helped us with everything.

Nice and comfortable large room...

Liked: Very nice large room and very comfortable beds. The courtyard with the pool and garden was a wonderful oasis to relax in. The staff very friendly as we had an issue with the coffee machine in the room, and they tried the best to fix this.
Disliked: We like to open the window for ventilation during the night. It was a little difficult to have it open due to the curtain design.

It was worth the stay,...

Liked: The breakfast was incredible, very filling and the waiters were very attentive. The pool was unfortunately closed with a protective cover, I think because it was still early spring. We used the couple's massage at the spa, which was wonderful, but I didn't like that we needed to change floors (that is, leave the spa area) to have the massage in an adapted room decorated for couples' massages.
