Great location in Boston
Liked: I absolutely love the seaport location . The Metro is not near, however there is much to do in the area. You can get to the silver line which will connect you to other lines on the metro. The restaurants, the water, museums, shopping- everything is convenient!Check-in and checkout were seamless. Starbucks conveniently located in the lobby for those that drink coffee. If needed, rental cars are nearby. Underground parking was plentiful, although pricey. The hotel is comfortable -it is Marriott quality and consistency, staff = superb
Disliked: Elevators were not all fully operational during "graduation" weekend. Felt as if I were in a large hotel because of the wait for the elevators, I prefer boutique hotels partly because of this reason. My mother could not regulate the temperature in her room and had to change rooms. She was quickly accomodated.Facilities/ maintenance of property failed during the stay, but everything else was good.
