Liked: The hotel was beautiful . The swimming pool was gorgeous , so clean with an amazing view . Littleton Reid to bar was an oasis of calm and the staff were super friendly and decorated the room for a special birthday . We didn’t want to leave
Disliked: Check out at 11 is too early

Liked: Exceptionally friendly, calm and organized staff. My sister and I were lucky enough to be chosen as guest of the day and got a room upgrade, voucher for the coffee shop and later check out. Lovely room, spacious with modern bathroom. The beds are super comfortable and linen of high quality. Towels could use improving as slightly hard. Delicious breakfast with wide variety and gluten free section. Location is good, little out of the old town, but connection with Tram is easy and right outside hotel. There is a food market and Wine museum next to the hotel.

Good hotel, strong recommendation if...

Liked: This is a very cool hotel with a rooftop swimming pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are spacious.
Disliked: The location was a bit off the map (30-minute walk to the centre). However, there is a nice food court right next to the hotel!
