Renaissance by Marriott Baltimore Harborplace Hotel

Beautiful hotel; front desk staff was very efficient when checking in a long line of customers. Room was comfortable and clean. Great location! Easy access to alot of local entertainment, stores, eateries, etc. Great experience for our first stay at this hotel. Would highly recommend.

Disliked: Nothing.

Con - I requested, reserved and paid for a club room through ConcertHotels, but when I got to the front desk the staff had no knowledge of the premium request (lack of proper communication between ConcertHotels and the Renaissance). The front desk staff was able to accommodate the request however once I showed my itinerary. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally professional and helpful. The location can't be beat. Valet parking as mentioned earlier is expensive, but there are nearby self-parking alternatives which are much less expensive if you don't mind parking your own car.

Liked: Location; room; staff; club breakfast.
Disliked: Miscommunication between ConcertHotels and Renaissance.

Perfect base for harbor front...

Liked: Great location, just across the road from the harbor. The hotel staff were exceptional. the room was big, clean and comfortable. The onsite coffee shop was really good and it was good to have an onsite mini mart too.

Satisfied anniversary trip

Liked: The staff was super accommodating. I had to change my room because I needed mobility adaptable for the shower, and the staff at the front desk was very pleasant. They changed my room immediately without issues.
Disliked: I don't like that I had to pay for parking instantly for the number of days I was suppose to be there. I ended up not staying the whole time, but I paid for the parking early so I couldn't get my money back. The handicap parking was not clear to find

Excellent Location, Spacious Mldern Rooms

Liked: Excellent location. Get the harbor view room totally worth it. Beautiful and clean rooms make it a pleasure to stay there. Fixtures seem relatively upto date. Staff are very warm warm friendly.
Disliked: Electrical charging points were not all working. Coffee (nespresso) machine was unclean. No cutlery in room.

Liked: The room was decent.
Disliked: The deposit is unnecessary and takes too long to be returned

great location but 3 star...

Liked: I liked room size, bathroom size and bed size for a double room. I liked how close it was to all activities in the area. I liked front desk staff. I liked breakfast over the weekend.
Disliked: bathtub was dirty, toilet did not flush so had to change rooms, in new room TV did not work all weekend. no water in rooms so have to ask for it, 3 towels for 4 people in room so have to ask for it, pool ran out of towels, loud noise from big event until 2 am- no warning was given to us when moved to this room as potential for noise and we have 2 young kids with us.
