Con - I requested, reserved and paid for a club room through ConcertHotels, but when I got to the front desk the staff had no knowledge of the premium request (lack of proper communication between ConcertHotels and the Renaissance). The front desk staff was able to accommodate the request however once I showed my itinerary. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally professional and helpful. The location can't be beat. Valet parking as mentioned earlier is expensive, but there are nearby self-parking alternatives which are much less expensive if you don't mind parking your own car.
Liked: Location; room; staff; club breakfast.
Disliked: Miscommunication between ConcertHotels and Renaissance.

It was horrible to say...
Liked: Front Desk Staff, Location, King bedroom
Disliked: The first room had to be switched because there was hair in the shower floor and on the toilet, also the floor needed to be vacuumed. Upon asking they said that there wasn?t a housekeeper available until the morning. Mind you we got in late so we were already exhausted so they just switched our room and we get there the first room was warm upon arrival but the second room wasn?t. We was told that the rooms were motion sensored and when we leave out the heat goes off and then when that happens when we return it doesn?t heat back up all night and the heat was on 80 degrees. The bathroom seemed as though the air conditioner was on so after a hot shower when we got out it was freezing cold. Lastly the refrigerator didn?t work.

Very clean and nice
Liked: Best location possible at the Harbor. We were given early check in and upgraded to a full harbor view. Staff was courteous and friendly, hotel was exceptionally clean. Beds were comfortable and noise level was quiet. Coffee maker is a Keurig. There is access to a parking garage from the hotel elevators.
Disliked: Free toiletries were minimal although probably available if you ask for more. Be prepared to pay for parking. It's cheaper through the app than through the hotel.

Clean and welcoming
Liked: The staff was very nice and welcoming. The room was ready upon check in and very clean. It was also very roomy.
Disliked: The only thing I can say that I didn't like was the fact that I could hear a couple having "adult fun" through the walls for over an hour but it's not really their fault. Better sound proofing would have made this stay so much better but all in all my stay was good.
