Probably won't be back.

Liked: Bed was comfy. Room was quiet. A/C worked very well. Elevators were fast. Marshall at the front desk was wonderful. Valet parking dudes were very responsive when we called (texted) for our car. Cynthia (?) in the on-site restaurant was also wonderful; she was attentive to our table and brought me a big cup of ice since the ice machine on our floor was out of order.
Disliked: Be aware, the only parking option is $45/night, valet parking. You can try to park on your own, but good luck. I booked a room with 1 king bed and 1 sofa bed, just as my confirmation stated. We checked in at 5:30pm. Got to our room on the 16th floor, and room had not been cleaned or made up (king size bedding wadded up on the "sofa bed"-more on that.) Room phone didn't work, so had to go back down to main lobby. Started explaining to the women that room was not made up, nor did it have a sofa bed. She informed me that the only rooms with sofa beds were king suites. I told her I had specifically booked this room because the description online said, "sofa bed", as did my confirmation. (see picture-if that is what the hotel considers a sofa bed-yikes.) She continued to argue that that was not possible, as I hadn't booked a suite. In stepped the wonderful Marshall. He apologized profusely, offered a roll away at no charge, and comped breakfast for us for the 2 mornings we would be there. He immediately moved us to a new room, which was clean and ready. We went to dinner, got back, and no sofa bed. Alerted the front desk, and they had one sent up pretty quickly, although it only came with a sheet. The gentleman that brought it informed us that the hotel was full and no extra bedding available. However, he did come back in about 10 mins with an extra sheet and blanket. The ice maker on our floor didn't work. The safe in our room didn't' work (and yes, we were actually going to use it.) There is nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom, except in the shower. No housekeeping, had to ask front desk for extra towels as ours got wet from the shower door leaking. Also, the rooftop bar/restaurant was closed for remodeling. The hotel is nice enough, we just experienced lots of little inconveniences that added up.

Personally terrible

Disliked: There was no hot water I tried to take a shower twice and the water was cold then it was a coffee maker with no coffee pot I tried to call down to customer service and nobody answered the phone this happened three times I tried to call for a late wake up couldn't even get through I didn't get through until the morning and this is ridiculous I paid a lot of money for that room and it was not worth it at all I couldn't even take a shower
