Very happy and comfortable stay.

Liked: Great customer service from the fantastic reception staff, who were always willing to help. Rooms comfortable and clean.Perfect location to Ratingen centre and the market. Dusseldorf only thirty minutes by tram.
Disliked: We had a slight issue with the towels, which was resolved promptly by the reception team.Tea making in the room would have been a nice touch.

Liked: Location, close to transport links. Room was clean and warm. Comfy beds.
Disliked: Pillows were a little flat and only had one per bed.

Disliked: There was no coffee machine normally it was expected in every hotel but unfortunately I couldn't had in that room and using stuff was also missing... Which was annoying
