Nothing memorable about the hotel
Liked: For reasons unknown to me, this hotel has been rated with 4 stars! In reality, it hardly deserves more than 3—and even that, with many reservations.The hotel is literally next to a railway line, with trains passing by throughout the night, making it impossible to get proper rest.The breakfast was nothing special—quite poor, in fact. The lady in charge of replenishing the buffet was grumpy and did not do her job properly.Our room had no soap or shampoo, and we had to request them from the staff.The so-called 'spa hotel' turned out to be something between a residential building and a brothel. The pool is just 7 by 3 meters, so there’s no point in even calling it a spa. The place smelled of dampness and mold.I absolutely do NOT recommend this hotel.

Liked: The staff was extremely cordial, the location is easily accessible both from a public transport and transport for non-able people.Breakfast won't be a full "continental" type, but will still offer many Czech and global possibilities.
Disliked: No bidet in bathroom, as an Italian this is really something I cannot just skip over since I'm used to it.WC itself was very low to the ground

Disliked: Everything in the room is very old, needs renovation. Unfortunately, I first booked and then read the reviews. I would never stay there again. Strong smell of chlorine and mustiness.

Liked: People are amazing there.
Disliked: Bed was broken. Phone do not work. Breakfast boiled eggs are freezing. No bellboy to help with the bags when I came in. No railway for bags to enter the hotel, only stairs. Broken bedside lamp.

Disappointing
Liked: The staff at the reception were helpful and friendly to the guests.
Disliked: There were several issues with the hotel. - There was a very unpleasant smell in the corridors and the rooms. We left the windows open all day. Otherwise, the smell was too bad to stay in the room. - The keycards to enter the front door and the room are old and constantly deactivated. We had to go to the reception several times to reactivate the keycard. When you are tired and have just gotten to the third floor after a very long day, it isn't very pleasant to return to the reception because the key to the room is not working. And you are lucky to have someone at the reception during the day so they can open the front door if your keycard fails you and you're stuck outside.- The breakfast was very bland, with the same few selections every day. I practically ate boiled eggs with the same tomato & cucumber salad for a week. There were some cold cuts, but they didn't look very encouraging. The cooked vegetables tasted stale and old, and the other options were sugary cereals with yoghurt. All in all, I would not come back to this place. I have traveled on a budget across several European countries, and this is the worst I have seen yet on this budget.
