Very good

Liked: There were no continental breakfast.
Disliked: There was the train noise. Train tracks was across the street from the motel.

Definitely got what I paid...

Liked: Great location and nice staff
Disliked: Pillows were very flat and there were only 2 for a king bed, shower seemed not the cleanest, and the towels were small.

Old budget motel next to...

Disliked: Across the street from rail road tracks, bathroom shower had black mold, bed was beyond hard ( went to Walmart and bought a 3 inch topper), lady at check in was very abrupt and direct. Budget motel and would not stay there again!

Liked: tile instead of carpet is a plus.

Very noisy location, not great...

Liked: Close to a supermarket.
Disliked: This motel is on a main road and has almost no soundproofing. But worse is that it also has a very busy railway line running along the main road. It must be the busiest railroad in America. It seemed that about every 20-30 minutes a goods train would run past, some of great length, day and night. This was also not a cheap motel, and one of many on this road. Any one staying at Flagstaff should question staying in this location, especially if the rooms are not sound proofed.
