Disappointing

Really dirty property.

Liked: Not much. Parking lot full of junk cars and work trailers. Rooms were filthy. I mean really filthy. I understand a low rate means less, but there's no excuse for not keeping a place clean. Dirty hand prints and smudges on all light switches, walls, and bathroom surfaces, mold in the tub. Surfaces ans switches cracked and in disrepair. Cigarette butts all over the property.

My trip could have been...

Liked: No breakfast
Disliked: The room smelled so bad from smoking that I had a headache, needed the elevator but couldn't get access to it

Worst stay I’ve ever experienced

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: There was never hot water, staff was incredibly rude laughing at guests when confronted about the water being cold. Worst stay I’ve ever had in a hotel.
