Liked: This place is a dump. My feet actually stuck to the carpet with barefoot. Rude Manger. No refunds. Will never go to another Relax inn. Bad news.
Disliked: All of the above very short had to leave as soon as we woke up!

Disliked: The lobby doors were always locked. You have to ring the bell and then walk back to the door you just passed to be let in.Also had to get someone to show us why the TV didn't turn on. The remote didn't work, had to be manually turned on. We looked for the button and couldn't find it. So a trip to the lobby, and the bell system again. A simple sign by the TV would have been nice. We also didn't have enough towels for 3 adults to shower, another walk to the lobby and ringing the bell. She seemed bothered and suspicious that we wanted more towels.As for the lobby door always being locked. We arrived at 8:30 pm and asked for towels the next morning at 8am. Certainly not hours most lobbies would be locked.

Disliked: The room was dirty and cold the heater blew cold air out instead of hot no matter what we did I stayed two nights and my room was not cleaned or fresh towels put out trash was not took out
