Not friendly and careless front...

Liked: No water fountain anywhere, it is far from any amenities. Staff was careless, didn’t get a blanket that I had requested, i didn’t have coffee supplies and the courtesy coffee at the office was dirty and few days old. They hide the coffee creamer from the clients, lol.When I checked out, I wasn’t informed of the need of me asking for my refundable fee, which is given back in cash; if I hadn’t overheard another client asking for it I would have walked away without it. Moody people on the front desk. Please look for a better option to stay, I’m supper chill and I never complain about places that I had stay before judging by the price I’ve paid (eg: I’ve been stayed on hostels and many humble hotels), but the customer service is important for me, at least a friendly smile would be nice.

Disliked: They had roaches so bad I couldn’t even set down a can of pop and walk away I also saw a maggot on the floor in my room the staff were extremely disrespectful I reserved a room with a hot tub and didn’t get it until the second night of my reservation at 3 in the afternoon and also made it a issue to refund my money and tried to kick me out

Disliked: It was dirty, had roaches, dried up blood on the sheets. Cigarettes burns on the covers.They didn't clean the room just re put more dirty sheets on the bed smh we were supposed to stay 2nights but didn't even stay the one.

Disliked: Standing water in tub/shower, dirt on floor (corners), thin pillows
