Great Balance of Affordability and...

Liked: Relax Inn has the best balance of affordability and quality in Bryson City. The location is great. The owners are friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The bathrooms seem to have been renovated recently and look more modern. The water pressure is good and the hot water lasts a long time.
Disliked: The rooms could use some updating. The brown interior and decor makes the room look dark and dated. The lighting could be better: There’s only one can light in the ceiling and the bedside table lamp in the main room. The bathroom has an overhead light but I really wish there was a sconce above the bathroom mirror to give front lighting for hair and makeup.

Excellent value for clean budget...

Liked: It was close to town center and convenient.
Disliked: No tissues, very small sink. Unreliable WiFi.

Disliked: Very small and when we got up to leave there was a cockroach crawling on the dresser

Clean, but won't stay here...

Liked: The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The location was good.
Disliked: The hot water stopped working while I was taking a shower. There is a significant gap under the door that was large enough to allow bugs/rodents in. The lighting in the room was poor.

Location Perfect!

Liked: The location was perfect! The price was perfect! The owners were so helpful! Great place to stay for a weekend getaway.
