Exceptional staff and beautiful room...
Liked: Exceptional staff that goes above and beyond. Special thanks to franchisca who was not only helpful and kind but also took the time to direct us to wherever we wanted to go. Julia in the restaurant was amazing and also the male receptionist who was very helpful as well. The room was stunning with close attention to the very small detail. Will definitely visit again!

Nice stop for a short...
Liked: Good location and rooms were very nice.
Disliked: Reception and breakfast rooms were underwhelming. Not helped by the work going on outside the hotel.

Very good
Liked: I liked that it’s a small boutique hotel so it felt more personal and private. The rooms are nicely designed and the bed was super comfy!
Disliked: The entrance door was closed when we arrived (midday) and we tried to call / message the hotel but we had to wait 15 minutes just outside without any information. We got a bit scared it was a scam.

Naples is a port town...
Liked: The location however there was construction on the esplanade which spoiled the location. This was never mentioned when booking or I would have changed hotels
Disliked: The room was very small. The restaurant was an added mezzanine floor above reception. The AC broke on day 2 and still wasn’t fixed by our departure day. This meant it award uncomfortable to have breakfast as ham cheese and butter etc were melted or sweating.

A little gem in Naples...
Liked: A Hidden Gem in the Heart of NaplesMy wife and I had a truly wonderful stay at this charming little hotel in Naples. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of the city, with everything you need just a short walk away. We stayed in a room with a balcony overlooking the Gulf of Naples and Mount Vesuvius… breathtaking. The hotel has only eight rooms, which gives it a cozy, boutique feel, like a little jewelry box. The entire staff was attentive, kind, and highly professional. We especially enjoyed chatting with Francesca, who took the time to share more about the area with us. Her warmth and attention made us feel right at home.Breakfast was delicious and complete — we never felt like anything was missing. As for food outside the hotel, there are so many great places nearby, especially in the Borgo Marinario area, where we had fantastic meals beyond just the (already amazing) pizza. If I had to mention one small downside, it would be the elevator — it’s quite small and a bit slow. But honestly, everything else was so exceptional that it hardly mattered. We would absolutely stay here again — and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Naples!
Disliked: The elevator! It's a beautiful, modern elevator, but it's quite small (it has a capacity of just two people) and a bit slow.
