Liked: The gentleman at the reception was very helpful and friendly. Went out of his way to accommodate us and our needs.
Disliked: The shower area and toilet in our room was separate and the toilet space was barely enough to close the door with a person inside. Also in one of our rooms the fan was not working and we were there during a heatwave.

Disliked: Small room, poor breakfast

Comfortable stay and conveniently close...

Liked: The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. staff were friendly and helpful. bathroom had amenities and was clean. The location was close to the metro and Gare du Nord station making it perfect if you need to travel to the Airport form the hotel.
