Wish it was cooler

Liked: The room was clean and serviceable and it's on a quiet street. The location has plenty of dining, drinking, and transport options.
Disliked: We were just unlikely I'd say, but it was 35 degrees Celsius and the rooms have no air conditioning and just a little desk fan. The window could be opened but no breeze comes through so it was a rough gig trying to sleep. In general, it's just something to be on alert for in European cities; that air-con can't be assumed.

Great budget friendly hotel

Liked: Great hotel at a decent price. Very well located in Paris and fairly quiet area.
Disliked: The room spray was a bit strong, had to open the windows to air it out, but otherwise great stay

Great location but the hotel...

Liked: Great location close to the main train station (walking distance 10 minutes with luggage) and good connection to the rest of the city via metro. Pigalle is a short walk with plenty of cafes and bistros and wine bars in proximity of the hotel.The room was small but comfortable for only a few nights in town. Helpful staff with reception manned at all times.
Disliked: No air conditioning at this hotel which I completely missed when booking. It was so hot during our stay and we couldn't open the windows at night due to outside noise and no insect screens. I went to reception and they were able to provide a fan which helped. There was also no mini fridge to store water and keep items cool which was a shame.No real storage space for large luggage in the room and toiletries in the bathroom. And there was no iron either.

Liked: Friendly staff, clean rooms, good location for rail and metro stations
Disliked: No air conditioning, no English Breakfast tea

Liked: The reception staff were friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean, and the location was very convenient for Gare du Nord. The breakfast was perfectly fine with polite serving staff.
Disliked: No complaints

Liked: Friendly staff at check in. Room and bathroom was clean and comfortable. Good location.
Disliked: Miss charged upon check out, but this was promptly corrected after contacting the hotel. Make sure you request your invoice!
