They treat you like royalty...

Liked: This hotel is hands down the best!The staff goes above and beyond in every task. We were blessed to stay here for our 35th anniversary. We wish we could have stayed longer. It is a couple blocks from the Market Square and there is a bike rental next door, so you may do some sightseeing. The room is gorgeous and the dining area was so elegant. They offer a turn down service, which I absolutely would encourage, as they put Belgium chocolates on your pillow. Absolutely love the Relais & Chateaux Hotel Heritage in every aspect.
Disliked: Nothing. They do everything fabulous!

Great hotel to visit Bruges

Liked: Great hotel to visit Bruges! The hotel is exceptional, nothing to complain about. Highly recommend to spend a few days in the city. Basically everything is within walking distance. The hotel itself is lovely and has a great atmosphere.

Five star hotel lives up...

Liked: We were greeted so well on arrival and the service was maintained throughout. Dinner at the Restaurant was excellent. This is a superior property.
Disliked: The bathroom is a little cramped and the light could be better.

Bad

Disliked: This was an awful old hotel. Room, reception, especially bathroom. Any 3 star hotel would be better. We left after check in. Lost our money but still enjoyed not staying there.
