Liked: Very kind staff, caring. Central location, walking distance from attractions. Amenities in the room as welcome.Excellent restaurant.Parking has extra cost but they charged fully my electric car without getting special instructions.
Disliked: Bed a little small for us.

Beyond Amazing Hotel

Liked: The staff at this hotel was EXCELLENT! The room was beyond comfortable. I am not a late sleeper, but the bed was so comfortable I slept till 10 a.m.! You can not bet the location it is located one block from the main square. This hotel would be perfect if you were attending Brugges Christmas. Definitely will stay here again.
Disliked: At this point there isn't anything I disliked about this hotel.

A wonderful Stay!

Liked: The staff were lovely and the hotel is beautiful. The restaurant itself was a wonderful bonus. Truly, kudos to the chef!!

They treat you like royalty...

Liked: This hotel is hands down the best!The staff goes above and beyond in every task. We were blessed to stay here for our 35th anniversary. We wish we could have stayed longer. It is a couple blocks from the Market Square and there is a bike rental next door, so you may do some sightseeing. The room is gorgeous and the dining area was so elegant. They offer a turn down service, which I absolutely would encourage, as they put Belgium chocolates on your pillow. Absolutely love the Relais & Chateaux Hotel Heritage in every aspect.
Disliked: Nothing. They do everything fabulous!

Great hotel to visit Bruges

Liked: Great hotel to visit Bruges! The hotel is exceptional, nothing to complain about. Highly recommend to spend a few days in the city. Basically everything is within walking distance. The hotel itself is lovely and has a great atmosphere.
