enjoyed our stay a lot...
Liked: breakfast was lovely and the staff were very helpful- plus the location was perfect for all that Heidelberg has to offer
Disliked: It was very hot and fan probably did not give enough cooling

Another Fantastic Stay
Liked: My second stay at Hotel Regina. The owners are lovely, friendly, and very helpful hosts. The hotel is spotless, quiet, and comfortable. I really enjoyed having my breakfast in the garden. Super nice and relaxing.
Disliked: It was very hot and humid, so perhaps an option of a fan for the room. So not a criticism in any way as the weather was unusually hot.

Liked: Great breakfast and cosy breakfast room.Lovely staff!Central and well placed. Perfect too for the dog!

I won't be going back...
Liked: The website said there was free parking, that's not the case. I was charged 15€ per night. I booked this place because it had free parking.
Disliked: There's no parking as advertised. And the blanket was small. No idea what was going on with that. It barely covers 1 person.

Wunderbar!
Liked: The room is large and clean. It is quiet. There are a sofa and some tables and chairs in the room. Showerroom is also large and clean.Stuff are all friendly.Breakfast is very good. They kindly kept my baggage before checking in and checking out.It is located near Bismarckplatz and is close to the old city.
Disliked: I felt a little bit cold but the heater did not work. (I did not know how to use it and stuff was not in the hotel in the night)The blind was closed outside of the windows and I did not know how to open it.
