Liked: Breakfast and staff were lovely. Location is perfect.
Disliked: The bathrooms are tiny

Disliked: From the disturbing noise that was coming from the elevator’s electricity box (which was just at the other side of the wall of my room) every time someone used it and continued all night long, to the reaction of their staff when I conveyed them my problem, my stay in this hotel was an experience I would like to erase from my mind. When I told them my problem they said that they cannot change the room because the hotel was full. Then I asked for refund and they told me that I should wait until the morning as there was no one that could decide on this. In the morning, I expected a direct apology but instead heard sentences like “you are the first person that complain about noise in that room”, “but you used the room for 2 hours before realizing that there was a problem, so you used the room for two hours didn’t you?”. Only after I called booking.com and during my check out they changed their attitude and offered me 30 euros discount to apologize and told me that there had been a misunderstanding from their side. I rejected it as I cannot forgive such an experience.The only good things I can say about the hotel were the room was clean, hotel was close to city center and the staff in the breakfast room was nice.

Liked: The location is central and close to tow Metro stations, very handy. There is a kettle in the room, aircon works perfectly.Administrator was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The area is a bit dodgy at night

Disliked: The facilities were rundown and the bathroom smelt terrible and leaked into the rest of the room anytime the door was opened.

Disliked: Needs serious conservation, even though it is a new hotel. There are things that can be improved in service, cleaning standards.
