Liked: Next to the park, a bit outdated and not really up to 5 star standards. But overall clean, comfortable and nice staff
Disliked: Outdated, need some refreshments and minibar need to be full . Service needs to come up to 5 star standards

Liked: I am absolutely happy with the service I received at Regent’s. Both staff and facilities were on point. Pool and access to sauna and gym just makes the stay more comfortable and relaxing. I had power outage in my room at the end of my stay and room was changed instantly. Both Jamal and Maciej were absolutely amazing. Felt almost pampered when they allowed me to use pool and stuff after my check-out. Brilliant service, will be back for sure!!

Liked: We have stayed here multiple times. We like the location, the rooms and in particular bathrooms - huge with amazing shampoo and conditioner products.
