Liked: Location was great! Room was huge and very clean

Good location in Rotorua near...

Liked: From a location perspective it was good and right near eat street and other dining options. They have free parking on site, subject to availability (not reserved and not enough for all customers) but perhaps as we were there in winter, there was never a problem with us finding a park.
Disliked: We felt the rooms looked a bit basic and run down, as did the bathrooms. They weren't necessarily bad - they did the job - but we were expecting it to be a bit more updated or have a bit more charachter?

Fabulous

Liked: The beds were very comfortable and our room was spotless
Disliked: Some of the little milks were sour, so maybe not so many should be put in fridge

Liked: Good location TV in bedroom Show was nice
Disliked: Duvet too small for the bed.No under floor heating in freezing bathroom No heating in bathroom. Coffee grinds tipped down the loo when cleaning. Not flushed. Dirty towels and rubbish left on the sofa.

Clean and close to town

Liked: Great location, close to everything. Mineral pool was nice and hot
Disliked: Lack of parking, sound proofing not that great - we could hear the music from the bars and other guests.
