Great place if you are...

Liked: Very comfortable beds, lovely and very accommodating staff, amazing mineral pool and lovely swimming pool at 28 degrees with outside temperature low in June. I got the best room in the whole place thanks to helpful Vivian at the reception. She made my stay unforgettable. Very good coffee at the bar at any time of the day.
Disliked: I first ended up in a room that was boutique style decorated, very comfortable bed and great big shower. However, the feeling was like being in a converted garage with a small window up on the wall. Doors were banging - felt like all night long - and I really felt miserable. It would be ok for 1 night but not for a 3-4 days stay. I was lucky I could change to another room which was by far better. The breakfast seems to be quite basic.

Disliked: Airconditioning units in both our rooms very noisy

I am not impressed

Liked: The location is quite convenient.
Disliked: Sound insulation is terrible. The person next door talking feels like they are just standing beside your bed. Plus you can also hear music from Eat Street. In the evening, you can also loud banging sound from the timber movement. Facility looks quite old and worn out. Toilet had a bit yellowish stain shower is a bit rusted. 2.5% credit card surcharge was never communicated at anytime of booking. For this price, I’d expect better experience overall. Honestly, if you have a car, just stay somewhere out of town.
