Good value for money and...

Liked: Location and the staff especially the young man who checked us in.
Disliked: The hot tub wasn’t the best. And the rooms weren’t super clean.

Lovely hotel in the heart...

Liked: Room was very spacious and nicely decorated. Very close to Rotorua restarants and eat street. Good amenities in the room and staff were very helpful. Pool looked lovely although we did not have enough time to try it. They also gave us some complimentary bubbles on my birthday.
Disliked: Limited parking on site but there was public parking very close to hotel so this was not an issue.

Liked: Great location - walking distance to most attractions, restaurant precinct and shops.
Disliked: The bedroom was quite stuffy.
