Liked: We liked the location of where the hotel was and the inside of the building was beautiful with some great architecture.
Disliked: The staff were unapproachable and dismissive when we raised issues with our room. Our bathroom had no working lights and the room itself smellt of smoke for the duration of our stay - this was raised with the hotel multiple times during our stay but nothing was done at all.

Liked: The location was brilliant, and the staff was very friendly and attentive . The bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: The colour of the bathroom suit so 80s 😆

Liked: I booked a different property, but after I paid and wnt there the property was no longer available, it was closed 18 months ago, i was so disappointed, I was waiting more than 3 hours in the car.After 3 hours booking.com found me athis property, I paid more money to this property only for the room, not including breakfast.Room was not confort, and the toilets and bathroom were not cleaned, so I couldn't lock the toilet door, its stuk. I was with Booking.com for a long time, this is the first time happened like this
