Liked: Nothing
Disliked: They have roaches! We found them the next morning crawling in our chips. Needless to say, we left. The shower drain did not work and we had to wait 10-15 minutes between each shower for the water to mostly drain.

Exceptional

Liked: Rooms were exceptionally clean, property was quiet and peaceful, very convenient location. Staff was prompt, helpful, and friendly during all interactions and requests. Will be staying at Regency again.

Disliked: We’ve stayed here two other times and facilities were fine, this time the room was dirty, frig didn’t work, drains wouldn’t go down and light was broken.

Liked: The room smell very bad the blanket are dusty and they have a big big cockroaches

Disliked: Room is dirty, towels and bedding was dirty. We asked the guy at the desk to at least give us clean bottom sheet and he gave us a crumpled sheet that didn't look like it came from "clean" pile, it looked like it was used. It was late and we just needed a place to sleep so we stayed the night using our own clean shirts to cover the pillows etc. Slept and left that dirty place.
