Liked: Easy check in, clerk was helpful and nice.
Disliked: Website still shows indoor pool is available. According to management it it permanently drained and closed. ‘Breakfast’ was a misnomer.

Nice, clean and comfortable.

Liked: Breakfast wasn't great. Cold cereal, cold danish, yogurt and Juice. Coffee wasn't great.Mattress was comfortable, handicap bathroom was great, except no place to put shampoo or soap. Room was clean. Fridge wasn't cold enough to freeze our freezer packs. Ice machine didn't work very well but got enough to put in our cups for water.
Disliked: Freezer compartment didn't freeze our freezer packs. No place to put soap and shampoo in handicap shower.Breakfast wasn't diabetic friendly.

Liked: The lady at the front desk was very sweet and extremely accommodating.
Disliked: Bathroom looked dirty Door handle fell off. Outlet plate near bedside was hanging loose ... a real fire hazard. NO POOL! Washer/dryer out of service. NO ELEVATOR!! Had I known, I would have asked for a first floor room!! Spend some money and make repairs!!

Disliked: We had to ask for fresh towels. Room needed a refresh, bathroom had botched repairs on tile issues. I used alcohol wipes to clean around sink handles as they were cleaned properly! Wiped off with ease.

Disliked: pool was not open …… curtains needed replacing
