Liked: The location was what was needed.
Disliked: The pool has been filled in with concrete so that needs to be removed. The sofa was very stained and the tiles where coming up off of the floor. No stopper for the bathtub. Needs work.

Liked: The room was clean
Disliked: When I got to the property, my booking info, personal info, and even my credit card info (handwritten) was laying in plain sight on the counter for anyone to see. The lady at the front desk said 'sorry', but had no answers to my questions of how long it had been there, or how many people have come to that desk.The toilet was clogged, the shower has very little water pressure. Not a good stay

Liked: Clean rooms
Disliked: Manager and site did not mention they were under construction. Hammering and workers’ music all day and even up until 11 pm one night. Piles of pebbles for landscaping blocked some parking spots and were a safety hazard to people needing the stairwell. Only one rail on railed stepwell to second floor.

Clean, quiet and reasonable price.

Liked: No breakfast, room was clean and quiet.

Disappointing

Disliked: Didn't have room I booked. Was under construction very noisy till 9 pm Saturday night.

Disliked: They were doing construction until 10 pm preventing sleep and causing other guests to yell

It could have been better!!!

Liked: I like the fact that it was close to my sister's family that we were visiting! I liked that that I could afford it.
Disliked: My sister and I had arrived early (about 3 hours before check in time) and so we went over to our other sisters house. We were here to visit our other sister. We then came to the hotel and checked In early (cost $5 extra, which was fine), but our other sister and her 2 girls came with us and helped us get our bags in the room and we were sitting on the beds talking and this was around 1 pm and the door was wide open. The guy that checked me in stopped at our door asking me wasn't I supposed to only have 2 people in my room. Is there a rule that you can't have visitors in the middle of the day? We weren't sleeping. And the door was wide open. I wasnt trying to hide anything. They weren't staying the night. Then, the next morning my sister and I woke up and was going around the room showering getting dressed, doing our hair, brushing our teeth, etc. I sat on the bed to put my socks on and OMG, the bottom of my feet were black, just filthy (and I just took a shower and my feet were clean) apparently the floor was not clean. It was just disgusting. Even though it's a cheaper room, come on people, you gotta do better at cleaning the rooms and not just assuming that because we have visitors during the day that they are staying at night!
