Cannot recommend unless you're on...

Liked: The location is decently close to Richmond if you're by car, the price was ok - but not for what you receive. The room just barely clean enough.
Disliked: All the rooms smelled like smoke despite being non-smoker (we went into three to find the one that smelled the least). The check-in process took forever. One of the pillows had brown stains and was clearly not washed.

Budget option for a night...

Liked: This is a large very old motel that is tired but is clearly priced as a budget option. The beds were large and adequate but even though the property is non-smoking the residual smell of decades of cigarette smoke was evident in our room and bed. The other room we booked did not have this.There is a gas station and supermarket next door but not a lot more around the neighbourhood.As a budget room for two nights this place was adequate.
