bookers beware

Liked: the only people there were the security guards. they were really helpful and nice. they told me the hotel is shut down and under construction or remodeling. said I was not the first to show up after booking a room through a third party app. sounds like someone is dropping the ball.
Disliked: the fact that I had a reservation to a place that was not accommodating anyone. for a while . and don’t have the common courtesy to give someone a heads up
