Regency Inn Motel by the Beach

Liked: Location was good...close to beach...close to restaurants
Disliked: Room smelled, water pressure horrible, run down facilities mostly, no view...hotel wasn't full and they gave me a stinky room on the highway side, wouldn't recommend staying here...other than price and location it was pretty bad...front desk couldn't find my reservation for several minutes....

Liked: Friendly owner's they make you feel comfortable

Liked: Price was good. Location to beach and surrounding sights was nice. Beds were comfortable with clean linens. Smelled ok.
Disliked: Toiletries lacked, especially for 2 people. Towels appeared to not have been well hung, which looked used. Minimal parking available. The Tv did not work. Woke up to the carpet soaked by the AC unit. Burn holes in blankets. Rust in shower. There is no water pressure or hot water. Floors didn't look swept in the dressing area or bathroom. Blown light bulbs in 3 lamps.

Disliked: There was roaches, the bathtub had pubic hair on the floor, the floor was wet the separated the room and bathroom. The blankets smelled and had a stain on sheets

Not bad for the price,...

Liked: Liked that they were able to let us check in at an earlier time than suggested. The restaurant blackbeards being close by is also great.
Disliked: Wifi was terrible, rendering the tv useless. No extra body wash to go with the shampoo. a little dirty in some areas. not very off-putting, but noticeable.
