Liked: Conveniently located, comfortable bed, very quiet with scenic view. Not luxurious but clean and comfortable motor-lodge establishment that was more than adequate for our needs.
Disliked: Front office staff were not always available.

Very disappointed with and would...

Disliked: The web site said free continental breakfast but it was not provided. It cost us an additional $40+ per day just to eat at McDonald’s. I feel this was false advertising and would not have chosen this hotel had I known they didn’t provide breakfast as advertised.We had to pay additional $5 per night to have our rooms next to each other. They were not fully booked so there was no reason I should have been charged the extra.Also, first night there, the mirror over the sink fell off. Thankfully it did not break. Also the plumbing clogged up and we had to plunge it. The shower curtain bar was falling off the wall in the other room.

Spring break trip to eureka...

Liked: The staff was super nice very accommodating , very quick check in progress. Room was clean which was nice .
Disliked: The beds where super firm , we are use to a more softer beds but we have pillow top mattresses at home that we are spoiled too . And comforters weren't as thick as I'd liked . But don't have anything bad to really say about the place . Over all we where jst happy we could find a place to stay when our camping trip failed due to no camping areas available so this place was a great alternative. We enjoyed our trip .

Liked: It is always exceptionally clean there. That is the only place I stay in Eureka Springs. While it is a couple of miles from downtown, there is a shortcut to get downtown in just a moment. It is convenient, the people there are phenomenal and it is Always clean. I love staying there. My bed was extremely comfortable.
Disliked: There was nothing I didn’t like.
