Very unprofessional owner

Liked: Not much to like.
Disliked: The owner or person at the front desk was rude and kept saying we a dog in truck when we were trying to check in , I told 4 times that we didn’t have any small pets . He then called me a lair . Very upset with how we were treated and won’t ever stay there again

Liked: The hotel manager was very pleasant and accommodating. The room was exactly what we needed and in a great location. Bed was comfortable and the hot shower was great.

Needs updating but clean

Liked: It was very clean and was priced reasonable compared to other properties in town
Disliked: It was very old and needed updating badly. AC worked on low but not high. They came in to clean while we were out and turned AC off. Therefore when we returned at 10 pm it was warm in the room.

Bad service first at site

Liked: Didn't get a chance to see was denied the room.
Disliked: I booked a room for my sister, 9 month and 15yr nieces as they did not have electricity at their home. My sister and nieces was denied a room because of the amount of children. When reserving room I had stated 1 adult, and two children with their ages. The man at hotel was rude to my sister and me when I called trying to speak to him. He lied to me saying 4 people in room and there wasn't just 3. He would not listen to anything I tried saying. So sad for my sister and nieces. Just a single mom trying to make it for 1 night.
