Disappointed ,as I stayed in...

Liked: Very Clean
Disliked: Decor in public places dark and drab , flower arrangements on landings looked old . The food in restaurant was good , but service at breakfast time was poor and the piano music that was playing was rather annoying . In our room there was no plug socket near a mirror .

Great, will use again

Liked: Hotel and room was very comfortable, staff very attentive, great location on the promenade
Disliked: Lack of parking although parking on the promenade was fine

Friendly, very clean, quiet hotel...

Liked: Great location overlooking the bay. Near to bars and restaurants but far enough away not to be disturbed. Good breakfast. Very nice bar in the evening
Disliked: Nothing really. Little short-staffed in areas. But didn’t detract at all.

Excellent stay overall but breakfast/breakfast...

Liked: location and the reception staff. Rooms were excellent with lovely sea view.
Disliked: the breakfast wasn't that good (bacon was over cooked and very tough and the kippers weren't fresh). Breakfast staff were very poor on the first couple of mornings but there was a slight improvement for the rest of our stay.

A more personal experience than...

Liked: Fabulous location and the freshly prepared breakfast was a welcomed change to the normal buffet fare typically served elsewhere.
Disliked: Hotel is a bit dated and could do with a refresh in places but is quaint throughout

a great place to stay.

Liked: the staff were wonderful and it was a very convenient location. the hotel itself was very comfy and we felt very much at home.
Disliked: nothing
