Liked: They were overbooked and booking.com still let us make a reservation. And we have not received our money back. They are both crooked and steal your money.
Disliked: Not communicating with booking.com and letting people make reservations with rooms that don't exist. The manager would not work with us and hung up on us.

Exceptional

Liked: Loved having a private balcony. Breakfast buffet in the morning is good. The events are great!!

Can not be trusted.

Liked: Nothing. I booked this room on Booking.com When I arrived at the hotel I was informed that thier no more clean rooms, and that I would not be allowed to check in.
Disliked: I don't like being lied to. The front desk staff told me I would be refunded for my room charge. Still waiting. I don't like that the hotel failed to post "no availability" on the booking websites. Instead travelers were duped into booking rooms. Only to be severely diappointed upon arrival. If there were no rooms available; the hotel staff should have called me directly to let me know I would not be able to check in. This poor experience was complefely unnecessary.

Liked: Outdoor pool areaBreakfast buffetDanny @ swin up bar was always so kind and friendly! Cook outside was super nice and was a one man band in outdoor food area!
Disliked: Broken ice machines/empty vending.DJ was canceled and not scheduled for next day.Indoor pool and hot tub was abandoned. Stage has been long gone & no more fireworks 😢

I am extremely disappointed in...

Liked: It was a beautiful entrance and lobby area. The pool was definitely their selling point.
Disliked: I didn’t like the parking being so far away and it was so tight, I was afraid I was going to hit another car every time I pulled out, and I drive a SMALL car. The floors were confusing and we had a hard time finding our room.

It exceeded my expectations
