You pay for a resort...
Liked: I like that it had a pool and that the room had plenty of space
Disliked: There was a band a cover band of the grateful Dead while we were there while they were great I'm there with my child and there are a lot of intoxicated people at the pool because there is a swim-up bar. Not very family friendly with that kind of activity, the restaurants had no food they had allocated all of their Cooks to cook hot dogs out by the pool. This meant that anytime we wanted to eat we had to drive 5 mi to find a restaurant. In the morning they do have a breakfast buffet and while I did not eat it because I am unable to eat that type of food you cannot get anything a la carte if you go to that restaurant you're paying $17 regardless if you eat or not for breakfast. The downstairs bar is supposed to serve food and didn't all weekend the other bar was never even open. Just very disappointed because we went there for a resort and paid a resort fee and did not get resort activities.

Booking.com and the hotels official...
Liked: If you only want to get drunk, swim, and don?t have your family with you this place is perfect for that. The hotel lobby with the water walls is very nice and the room itself was very clean. The setup of the outdoor pool is nice and the indoor pool has a great depth for kids to swim.
Disliked: For starters we booked a room with a balcony/view and were put on the ground floor. There is no fridge in the room, there were only a few channels available on the tv. It definitely wasn?t soundproof because people next to us were intoxicated and fighting and slamming around loudly all night and approached us in the yard brushing their teeth and still extremely intoxicated the next morning which made us uncomfortable. The coffee bar was closed our entire stay (they have no creamer in the rooms and the coffee in-room is worse than prison coffee). My parents, grandparents and 11 year old child were at the outdoor pool with us and the music was way too over the top for a family environment, with a ton of swearing and it was actually quite embarrassing for me. Facilities would close early and unexpectedly, a few staff were rude when I questioned them about anything. This hotel shouldn?t falsely advertise amenities and let people know that they are short staffed and things are closed or unavailable. Otherwise, they shouldn?t charge so much for booking. The website directly says I would have access to the business center next to the front desk and I needed to print important papers. There is no business center or printers available for use and I missed a deadline because of this. For $200 a night, advertised as an all inclusive resort, they really need to work on providing the experience someone pays for.

Don?t waste your money!!!!!!
Disliked: I don?t have the energy to list everything that I didn?t like. The bottom line for this place- it?s a hillbilly place masquerading as a classy place, that is not. They charge high end rates, and then allow free access to the public, for the things the guests have to pay for! It?s insane! They should warn you that you?ll be sharing the ?resort? with anyone off the street. Not safe. Not relaxing. Not kid friendly. It?s a dump.

Liked: Quiet clean room
Disliked: Room was supposed to have a balcony. Only one outlet by the bed and only one out of the two worked. Wine refrigerator instead of a regular one.
