Liked: The location
Disliked: The back porch was full of dirt and pollen. Did not use the jacuzzi. The glass sliding door would not lock. I had to place hangers in the slider. The couch was gross. And the master toilet inside rim was full of black gook.

Liked: The the space and the hot tub
Disliked: The staff and their bad customer service. We arrived and found trash all over the front. They didn't pick up the trash until the night before we checked out. The next morning, we wanted to make sure we leave the dishes clean and we were running behind. I called to ask if we can get a check out around 11am instead of 10am. The lady was like "no,no,no.." you need to check out at 10 no later than that. I asked what could happen if I run a little behind, she said she will send security to kick us out and hung up on me!! I called twice after that and no answer! I called with my friends phone and they answered. Another lady said the only other person was her manager and no way she would talk like that. But she definitely talked like that to me and was not professional. All wanted to ask next what about the dishes because I hate leaving a mess behind me. I liked the facilities and the townhomes but never coming back from that terrible service and trash!

Liked: They robbed me of my money . The pictures look nothing like the place in person . The front desk staff is very rude and nasty . The reservations team is also very rude . I refused to stay there because the room looked NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES SHOWN. The place was smelly and look very old and dirty. I went to front desk to complain and they didn’t do anything about it but cancel my reservation and refuses to refund me fully. DO NOT STAY HERE

Liked: Very comfortable and clean
Disliked: Staff didn’t pick up trash when I needed wash cloths they couldn’t give me nothing but 2 when I had a family of 6

Liked: Great location, property a little tired in some areas like carpets, sliding doors other than that it was a great stay would recommend
Disliked: Old carpets back doors stiff and didn’t lock properly.
