Liked: Good location , Destiny in lobby was amazing and very helpful
Disliked: Toilet broke as we entered unit, Toilet then leaked water all over bathroom floor, hot tub dirty had to call maintenance 3 times to have these issues fixed. Unit out dated, bathroom sinks too long to drain after brushing teeth or washing hands, oven stained inside and dirty.

Liked: The Townhouse was very old, the furniture needs to be changed there is stain in the chairs and also in the sofa. The rooms are also very old and the carpet too. The Townhouse was not clean on our second day and we found two cockroaches in the kitchen (pic attached).
Disliked: The price was very high and it didn't meet my expectations, there was no housekeeping, no vacuum in the facility.

Disliked: not enough toiletries and garbage bags in the room for the duration of my stay

Liked: The proximity to Disney was a huge plus.
Disliked: Unit was not throughly cleaned and we had to have it serviced again. Also the left trash and the dirty linen outside the door for hours. That’s not what you want to deal with on your vacation. Having to call about housekeeping problems.
