Liked: The location and the pool
Disliked: Are you in it and the fact that it was extremely filthy and it needed to be extremely updated as everything was falling apart

Exceptional

Liked: The cleanliness of the unit was great, it was spacious. I was glad we were able to take our two dogs, as we couldn’t find any caretakers. The private hot tub was amazing.
Disliked: The bed was not comfortable, i ended up with back pain.

Very affordable & very fun!!

Liked: I love the convenience of Zac’s Grill & the Cabana Bar!! The staff was amazing & very helpful. The property was very well-maintained & conveniently close to so much! On top of that, I have two small children (both under 5) & they had a blast!! We will be coming back next year!

A great place to stay

Liked: I like regal oaks, my 4th time here. I like the washer and dryer, private hot tub and balcony that comes with the room.
Disliked: I don't like the carpet floors. I think all rooms should be hardwood floors. Carpets are very disgusting these days, especially not knowing what other people are dropping or dripping into the carpet. At least with hardwood flooring, it gives the customer a chance to mop the floors and kill bacteria and germs a lot easier. I'm not sure, but the outside bar and inside Zacs close early. An 11pm closing would be great if possible.Also, maybe provide some glass cleaner in the room to clean outside tables. Im willing to do that, I usually use papertowel and water to clean the table. It is so much more enjoyable when eating outside at a clean table.Is it possible to have earlier check-ins, like maybe 3pm.This is still a great place, and I will be returning next year.Thank youTyquan Creagh

Liked: A lot of space for my child to run around. Good location. You can park in front of the room, and it was very convenient to drive to Disney Land from there.
Disliked: You need to buy shampoo, conditioner, and soap if you need extra ones. We stayed five nights there, and we ran out all of the soaps. The staff said it was on the contract and told me to pay for it next time. She still gave me the soap, but she was meant.
