We enjoyed the stay very...

Disliked: Just a suggestion. When a family books with a 2 year old, for safety reasons I would think you would supply outlet covers on the lower plugs to avoid possible accidents.

Ideal location amidst an array...

Liked: Layout, cleanliness, amenities, parking, central location for multiple activities.
Disliked: We were a significant distance from the pool and there was no alternate shuttle transportation to the club house for non drivers. Plus rental cars can’t get seats wet to drive to the club house.

Disliked: I booked with this place for a few reasons one being it had a washer and dryer.. the dryer never worked we called and called.. even spoke with manager a few times. They sent someone to my unit while I was gone the person went upstairs to my room went through my stuff and then took a shit in the toilet and left it. Never even touched the dryer. We called again furious at this point and they had the nerve to offer us a downgraded unit on 2 occasions.. never got dryer fixed and never got a room same as ours. Asked for towels and rags waited hours, decided to go buy some and they came ringing doorbell after we were in bed bringing towels. And another thing kids were running around at the pool butt naked that was not ok. I told manager and all she said was sorry. Like walk out that door right beside you and speak with the parents nope couldn’t get off her ass. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: There were serval issues. TV remotes not working correctly, hot tube needed cleaning, bath tubes stopper not working. Light switches not functioning. Dishwasher was leaking and we didn’t have a mop for the floors.
