Liked: Very clean big rooms
Disliked: You have to pay for the housekeeper to clean the room

Everything else waa good

Liked: The property was clean and quiet
Disliked: The Townhome was ok. The master bedroom the bed was horrible the shower when you turn it on it makes a very loud noise the tv couldnt see most of the chanels the ac in that master bedroom didnt work because that room was very hot to sleep

Not worth the money

Disliked: I booked this resort for the slides and to have fun with my kids before school. They advertise a water park and slides and pool tables and lots of amenities. After checking in for my weeks stay none of my kids except 2 were able to ride the slides. Normally, like other parents we were allowed to slide down with our little ones on our laps, not here. You are not allowed to do that. The pool is super small. The bar and pool tables closes at 9pm. This is not a place to book if you are looking for amenities and have young kids. You will spend lots of money for the resort based on their website but then you have to really go to old town and the food trucks and spend extra money. Save your money and go somewhere else. Front desk is also no help. Will never recommend or book here again.

Liked: The staff from front office and maintenance guys were very respectful and nice. Always willing to help.
Disliked: We had ants issues from the 1st night we stayed in the resort in our townhome; we had ants in the bed every night and our kids were getting bit by them. They would wake up with ant bites. It was a safety hazard. We contacted the front office 3 times informing them about the issue and on the 2nd notification the front desk supervisor Christine stated that she would send the maintenance supervisor over to bug the place. When we came back in the evening, and ants were still in the bed. We dusted the ones we saw but our kids in the morning were still getting bit. In the morning (The 3rd time) we informed the front desk supervisor of still having the ants issue and she asked to wait at the townhome for the maintenance supervisor so we could show her in person the ants. The maintenance supervisor lady was biased and when we showed her the trail of ants in a room upstairs she claimed those weren’t ants so we had to shine the light on them and she said they were just small ones. The maintenance supervisor stated she would talk with the supervisor of the property. We then informed the front desk supervisor and she informed us that there was nothing else they could do, only contact the pest company about the spray they use for infestation and that it was that time of season where ants were going to come out. Basically justifying why we had ants in our townhome. She also informed us that the maintenance supervisor told her that she didn’t see any ants when she walked the townhome with us. So we showed the front desk supervisor the videos of the ants crawling in our bed. That’s when she understood and apologized and stated that she understood and wouldn’t want this to happen to her. The front desk supervisor told us she would inform the resort supervisor that was not there at the moment but that she would arrive the following day after 3pm. (We checked out at 10am the “following day”). We have videos of proof of the ants in the townhome we stayed at.

Absolutely great place! Would definitely...

Liked: This was absolutely perfect for our week in Orlando. Our apt was clean and provided everything we could have possibly needed. There was plenty of space for us, the kids and the dogs. The pool area was clean and beautiful. The hot tub was a plus.
Disliked: I really can’t complain about anything. I would throw in just so people know you may want to bring extra toilet paper/paper towels. They provide some but they do not replenish.
