Uncomfortably hot and dirty facility.

Disliked: There were a few things that we didn't like. The neighbor smoked right in front of the door, which meant every time we opened it, the smell of cigarettes would enter the room. The temperature of the room was way too hot, and the thermostat didn't work, so we were unable to turn down the heat, which made it hard for us to sleep. We wanted to put some of our food inside the fridge, but it was unplugged and left closed, creating a very intense mold smell inside. As a result, we ended up not using the fridge. The floors were really dirty and obviously not cleaned. We don't mind staying at a facility that is outdated, but we don't appreciate it when that facility isn't clean as well.

Disliked: Refrigerator was not working , stains on the pillow cases, face clothes and pillows were deflated, was told to put key in box there wasn't any box to put it in do had to drive back after appointment to drop off.

Liked: We arrived to find the motel closed and two telephone numbers on display for service. There was no response from my calls so I was forced to find alternative accommodation.
Disliked: To be open on arrival and for the web site description to accurately describe the motel which is in poor shape.

Liked: Price is always great, rooms are clean and the owners are very accommodating. Recommend anyone coming through to book at Regal.

Disliked: The beds we're uncomfortable and the towels in the bathroom were dirty. I mean dirty. Like they were just refolded and put back on the rack. Didn't even shower because of that. Never staying there again
