Not completely happy.

Liked: The beds were comfortable. The room was clean.
Disliked: The didn't clean the room everyday or change out towels, or make the beds .we had to ask for clean towels and a trash bag empty our our trash. I just thought that was done automatically .

I would never book at...

Liked: There was no breakfast. Not even a cup of coffee
Disliked: Courteous staff. Stairs are horrible and unsafe. Railings are not in code. Stairs are not safe for anyone. Seniors should not book at this hotel because of safety of steps. This is three story building with no fire escape.

Not good . Not pleasurable

Liked: No breakfast? If so, I never found out or was told! Also the towel bar fell down in the bathroom and cut my friends leg pretty bad. When I went to the hotel staff she suggested things happen for me to be understanding. I mean yeah understanding.. but that was not handled very well. I asked what could be done as this was very scary. Blood everywhere and my daughter also stepped on one of the screws after the fact. Everything handled was not okay. I had to buy a carriage because my daughter refused to walk the beach I had to carry her. It was awful. I was so exhausted so when I went to the manager to express my concern. She said I have to understand things happen. But who puts a shelf into drywall with just screws? Of course it’s going to fall!!! So I calmly explained the issue and there was nothing she could do. Not even file an incident report or a personal injury form. When I asked about their corporate liability insurance she responded not to worry. Like I am worried! Awful stay due to that inconvenience. All I wanted was a little bit of satisfaction and understanding, instead it was an argument and very rude attitude.

Disliked: The beds are stiff and the bathtub wasn’t cleaned throughly found hair which was disgusting
