Regal Inn Chicago O'Hare - Franklin Park

Liked: Excellent location. Near to the event we were attending
Disliked: 1) Heating/cooling system did not work. I called front desk at 11:50 pm, they said they would be at my room in two minutes but they never showed up. Fortunately I had brought some warm clothes, I also used the blanket from the empty adjacent bed, so I was warm enough while I slept. Otherwise I would have been uncomfortable cold. 2) No power cord to the phone, so I had to use my cell phone instead. 3) Pillows were a bit on the narrow side. 4) Only one hangar in closet.

Liked: Beds very comfortable with clean sheets. Staff very nice and helpful. Nice room.
Disliked: This is more of a motel than a hotel. Hallways have dirty carpets, carpets in the room, so so

relaxing.

Near the airport, comfortable and...

Liked: The hotel is near the airport, there are good option if you want to move on public transportation. You need to get a card for that. The internet was not working properly at the beginning then it was okay.The room was clean. The front desk people were nice and friendlyBreakfast is not included but there was coffee at the reception all the time.
