Location excellent, front reception staff...

Liked: The cabin fans were covered in dust, bed in main bedroom was hard and uncomfortable. Foxtel was advertised, after enquiring as to how can I access foxtel I was told that the boxes were removed a week or so ago. Traveling with two teenagers and not being advised of this is poor service and very disappointing. Only conversation I had with the manager was via an automated text message very much below good customer service
