Liked: Location , amenities, view.
Disliked: One of elevator was not working and was being repaired , there was also building works being carried out so a bit unsafe with the equipment in front of the lift.

The stay was great. Wonderful...

Liked: The view was exceptional.
Disliked: The second lift was broken and on our second day, it took 20 minutes to get a lift from the 8th floor.

Disliked: The rooms had a smell which is due to the old carpet. I had to buy some air diffuser sticks.Couldn't find the bath plug, it was out under the kitchen sink. Not fun having to look for one when going to enjoy a relaxing bath.

Liked: Property was exceptional! View was incredible and the apartment itself, was immaculately clean and comfortable. Location is great, super central to restaurants, Woolworths, walking tracks and the beach! We could not fault our stay!

Great location, but overpriced for...

Liked: reflections is all about the location — it's beachfront and right in the heart of Coolangatta.
Disliked: The apartment was basic with minimal provisions, and extras like towels and coffee pods came at an additional cost. Cleanliness was below expectations, with noticeable dust and even gum under the table. Not all air-conditioning units were working. To top it off, the price dropped by $700 the day before our stay, which left a sour taste. While the location is great, we wouldn’t stay here again or book through Booking.com. I f you do wait until 1-2 days before you go.
