Disliked: Lift broke over Easter weekend. Had to walk up 7 flights of stairs. The multi room on floor 2 - power went out and we had to pack up all the things we took down from the room and go back again.

Great place both for location...

Liked: The location was great near the facilities. The apartment was clean and spacious.
Disliked: Some of the singage at the entrance wasn't obvious. It was hard to find the correct entrance and also the multiple doors just to get to reception was confusing.

Lovely hotel in a great...

Liked: Loved the views, the pool and spa was a great hit. This place has everything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Disliked: Some balcony's don't have screens to block the sun. Ask for a room that has shutters on the balcony. We were not able to sit on the balcony as it was too hot.

Beautiful views but apartment was...

Liked: The view was absolutely spectacular. From all the windows and the balcony the views were just stunning out over the ocean. The kitchen facilities were good and there was plenty of bench space. The bathrooms were nice but could do with a bit of a touch up.
Disliked: The bath in the master ensuite had a big crack in the side. There were plenty of nicks and scuffs everywhere in the apartment and it definitely needs a spruce up. The furniture in the living room, open space and dining room were awful. Terribly uncomfortable, fabric all coming off the arm of one of the dining chairs and had stains on the sofas.The apartment wasn’t particularly clean. The bathrooms didn’t seem too bad but there were greasy fingerprints all over the mirrored wardrobe doors in all the bedrooms. The doors into the master bedroom also had dirty fingerprints all over them. There was a significant amount of dog/cat hair behind the curtains and this must also have been in the wardrobe on the shelves. When I took a tshirt out from a shelf to dress my toddler son it was covered in animal hair (definitely not ours as we don’t have pets).Also disappointed that we were charged by reception for the beach towels. After paying just shy of $2900 for 4 nights for just my husband, toddler and myself I though this was a bit cheeky and would’ve hoped the towels came included as they have been everywhere else we have stayed. The views from the apartment were definitely the selling point on this room and apart from those I don’t believe anything else was good value for money.

Superb

Liked: The view was great and the building and car park is very secure. The rooms were clean. The staff were very good, and they have a procedure for early check-in and check-out that we needed to use. Thefre is no 24 hour reception.
Disliked: Some facilities were not fuctioning - the range hood vaccum didn't work. This was confirmed by the maintenance man. To his credit, he did come quickly to check the range hood. We could not get the tv is the small room to work, though that could have been something we didn't do correctly. Reflections - Please ask staff to check that all applicances are working properly before visitors arrive. Some visitors may not use some facilities so they are not aware they do not function.
