Superb
Liked: Close to the beach and walkable to restaurants great location
Disliked: WiFi kept dropping out,Couldn't find the sauna,steam room Facilities were lacking compared to other places we stayed before.

Liked: Good location
Disliked: I walked out in the morning, naked from my shower and there was a work man standing on the balcony of the unit looking in. I wasn’t advised this would be occurring and it felt quite unpleasant to see him standing there working while I was standing there without any clothes on. I would have appreciated if they did this after I left or advised that cleaning would be occurring on the balcony so I knew there wouldn’t be any privacy at this time.

A beautiful, well appointed apartment...
Liked: The apartment was well maintained, with a modern feel a well situated for all Coolangatta has to offer. Very comfortable and relaxing place to stay.
Disliked: Very little… the apartment was great. Only downside was the complex opens into a walkway shared with MacDonalds so there were a lot of people hanging around there and as it got later, it felt a little unsafe.

Our stay at Reflection on...
Liked: My friends and colleagues and I stayed at Reflection on the Sea in Coolangatta during a business trip, and the experience was absolutely perfect. The location is fantastic – right on the beach with stunning ocean views from our rooms, beautiful at all times of the day. The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who really made us feel welcome. At one point, our parking spot was taken, but the hotel promptly notified us and quickly helped resolve the issue, which we really appreciated. We were all very satisfied with our stay and will definitely come back next time we’re in the Gold Coast. Highly recommended!
