Disliked: Unbelievablely un-clean with suspicious stains all over the room

Worth it for the price.

Liked: It’s in a convenient location to commute to Stevenage, well priced for what it is. What you’d expect for the price and location.
Disliked: Window in the bedroom was poorly fixed but didn’t affect the wind coming in.

Budget hotel

Liked: Convenient location, cheap with basic amenities
Disliked: Dated rooms

Uncomfortable and cut short due...

Liked: Quiet
Disliked: The room was dirty and absolutely stunk of stale smoke. It was so bad that we only stayed 1 night even when we paid for 2, choosing to travel 5hrs overnight with our two small young children as I wasn’t comfortable with them staying in the room another night. Didn’t get a wink of sleep

Pleasant

Liked: Continental breakfast was good. Location not as was expected. But good enough for this visit.
Disliked: Umbrella at the outside tables at the restaurant needed.

Not happy

Liked: Friendly staff
Disliked: Bathroom stunk. Toilet did not have any true flush. No toilet brush. Mold around bath. Mess down bathroom door. Bed very lumpy. Tear in sofa bed. Breakfast area in hotel lobby.

Bad

Liked: Hotel was fine it served its purpose and was fairly priced
Disliked: The breakfast that is included was not best described.
