Liked: Friendly check-in and a very clean room, larger than we expected. We have stopped here before on trips north and think it's the best value in Redmond.

Liked: I was pleasantly surprised by the full kitchenette and dining table. It was more complete and comfortable than places that cost significantly more.

It works

Liked: Close enough to Redmond to drive/walk, almost had access to a walking path (couldn’t cross a ditch to get to it) but when we walked downtown we had to walk on the highway a bit. Price was good, room was clean.
Disliked: The walls are thin, could really hear people above us walking around which woke us up very early. The bed was too hard for us as side sleepers and the pillows were too thin.
